Do you offer free consultations?

Yes, all of our therapists will offer a free 20-30 minute consultation. This is an opportunity for you to get a sense of how comfortable you feel with the therapist and for your therapist to make sure that they have the skills and expertise to be helpful.

What geographic areas do you serve?

We provide in person therapy in Philadelphia and telehealth therapy throughout Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, and Florida.

Do you accept my insurance?

We are not in network with any insurance panels but we are able to provide superbills that can be used to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company if you have an out-of-network benefit. You can use a healthcare flexible spending account to pay for therapy.

Do you offer remote or in person therapy?

The Askin Group has offices in Mt. Airy and Center City Philadelphia and also offers therapy via telehealth.

How often will we meet?

We ask all new clients to commit to a weekly meeting schedule. Over the course of your work with your therapist it may make sense to meet more or less frequently but in general you should expect to meet weekly.
